Description
Fix options:
- Generate 'CURRENT_DISTANCE' bus events, which in replay mode will be copied into the distance meter (may be useful also for debugging/analysing log files)
- In play-back mode only, keep a map of GPS location events to current total distance. Copy that value into the distance meter when meeting again an already registered location (i.e. rewinding took place)
